Damn, I hate how they did that but I see why.
since the olympics we're kind of strapped for money, without the HST we'd owe the government 10 million dollars in taxes (or was it billion?) but still, i think the officials should take into consideration about stuff OTHER than his disability before denying his application, come on canada, I DISAPPROVE. -
