@Emolady: You need to make good quality quizzes. If several users take your quizzes, you'll level up faster.
You can also do these to level up, though they give less "experience":
-Take, rate, and comment on other users' quizzes

I guess it could happen, but I'd expect it to be at most the amount of time you have for a post timer.
