How do you think shrimp covered in caramel would taste? Or have you tried it? If so, how was it?

I think it would taste a bit pungent but it might be good, who knows? -
shrimp and caramel both taste SO different for me so i think it'd be gross, like i can't imagine seafood with something really sweet like caramel
