I can just make another website (it's really easy) only let people that are worthy of joining, join. And nobody else can join (unless it's like your friend or something) so we don't have to worry about noobs or anything. But there won't be quizzes :\
And plus I used to have a site but I deleted it bcuz it was low on viewers and NOBODY even went on it and I really miss designing websites and stuff :\
but yeah, anyone up for it? -

@Dragon Kitty: Well I was thinking that the GTQers (who have been here for a long time)gets to choose who can join because I never really on Offbeat (where most people are on) so I don't know much about the new users.
Anywho, I need more people to say yes so I can start designing the site. -
