We should have a thing that says how many times a thread was viewed. So if you are not getting replies, you can see if people have been looking at your thread or if they were ignoring it.

Yeah, no. It'd probably cause a lot of drama, as well, since this site seems to be prone to that.

It would cause pointless drama. Also, considering that people have other things to do besides get on GTQ, they could be looking at the thread and make a note to respond later.

So yeah, it would cause drama.
But on the brighter side, those having huge lumps of views will get a confidence-boost and thus GTQ would start to get more engaged. People will start learning marketing strategies to get more views. The titles would be more interesting. The subtitles would be catchy.
All in all it would be fun.
But those with low views will get depressed... unless they're mature enough to find pleasures in other general things.

The suggestion is indeed nice, but think about how unnecessary it would be. It doesn't really benefit the site, and as others have said, it will cause drama.
If people see their threads are getting many views and no replies, they would feel hurt and go on a 10 paragraph rant about how jealous they are that no one is paying attention. Besides that, the feature sounds cool, but I don't believe such things are needed for GTQ.

Nah this sounds like a waste of time, and definitely too much drama. It's not really necessary.
