Would it possible to let people with accounts over Newbie and Novice to make more than two? I totally understand that this is to help with spam, And I'm all for it, but what if you want to make threads in different forums?

Accounts that are over Novice should be able to make more than two.

However, if an account has been inactive, I think the two thread limit is implemented onto that account regardless of the status. It's to prevent hacked accounts from spamming.
