Is there any way to update the email an account is linked to? If I were to ever lose my account, I'd never be able to access it. The email I used to sign up with this account was deleted after I turned 13. I know some other users have the same issue.

I thought that you only ever use your email on the lost password page
Because when I signed up I used a fake email, since I didn't have one at the time, and it worked fine. I don't really know though. -
I mean like, if I got hacked, GTQ Guy would have to email me a new password to get it back. However, he'd need to send it to the email it's signed up to. My account isn't under that email anymore.
