A lot of people are breaking the number one rule that says be nice. One of them claimed to be in charge of this site. So who is really in charge of the sight?

Rank does not mean anything. Just because someone has a high rank or status- that does not conclude they own the site.

Searched it. The guy who's in charge is ACTUALLY named GTQ guy, or it's a guy who has everyone thinking she/he's in charge. I just know it's probably not you two.
