Sometimes when I'm about to post on my main thread, just one whole or two is deleted. This time was a little weird though. It used to have 3275 pages. When I checked just now, it didn't just lose one or two. It lost 40 pages and is now at 3235. Forty pages? What in the world is going on here? This to have happened to others on here. It can't just be me. :,(
(FYI, the pages consisted ofsomewhatcompletely normal conversations. I've posted nothing offensive.) -
For proof, if you click on my lastest post in Icee Land on my profile, it will take you to the now nonexistent page 3275. It appears that random posts in the middle of my thread may be getting deleted for some reason?

I lost about 5 a few days ago. I might have lost more. It's not a glitch. Someone did it to several threads.

Okay, thank you. I'm so glad it's not just me. I don't really mind that the page number dropped. But I am curious about how they got 40 pages to disappear at a time. I was only gone for a week, geez. There's no way someone just did that using multiple accounts to delete posts because my post time seems to be just fine.
Actually, I do remember something a while back when it first happened. I lost two pages that day. The particular page I had bookmarked to keep track of the thread used to have three or four harmless posts in it that were marked offensive. It was done and over with. Then one day (long after those posts were made) when I clicked on that bookmark, I realized those few posts were gone and I had slightly fewer pages. But if that was only three or four posts, then what else was deleted? I swear they just delete random posts in the middle of the thread rather than the latest posts. -
That's exactly what happened to my thread. I didn't get any offensive time, but my posts were deleted and someone even mentioned it was a random post with nothing wrong.

According to a friend's observation, it seems to be occurring in official threads with pages approximately in the thousands.
But then they realized that old threads with way less pages (around '12 and early '13) that haven't been bumped have also lost pages.
And it seems like it's not only happening to threads on The Lounge, but in The Stage as well. Who knows where else it could be occurring at? -
