So if this was a rule a while ago then 97% of the soaps/roleplays would be breaking the law? Almost everyone here has done it. Whether it's in a soap, RP, in official threads, etc. But, most people have done it. Why ban it now?

The issue of underage smut wasn't brought up until recently. Of course, I'm going to be asking a source of mine that works at courts to confirm whether or not it's truly illegal, but in the meantime ask this: Do you want legal safety? If yes, this is why. We only just started searching possibilities.

Yup! Of course, if we do found out that we were wrong (GTQ Guy kind proves we're right), we'd be happy to discuss stopping what we're doing. There's no specific law on smut, but we'd rather be safe than sorry.
Why don't you tell us your "many other ways"? -
If I am having a role play that involves cybersex, and if that RP was made before 25th, can I continue RPing or will it get deleted?

I'd say that we should probably not continue the smut activities. Do the classic fade to black, or imply that they finished their business. If you continue now, that's technically going against the whole thing.

I guess, it should be allowed to continue, or else it will be unfair to those who were doing it because they didn't know that there will be any law about it in the future.

We've.. Already established that old smut won't get marked. It's up to you to recognize the new thing going on. I understand that while it's a shame you can't continue the smut, you can, of course, continue the rp.

Unless your rp was all about sex, continue the rp! Just DON'T continue the smut portion. And if you want the smut, take it elsewhere.
