I know, i meant can GTQ Guy make it so that anyone can linkify links on their own, that is if GTQ Guy want's to do that.

It's made that way it is because 1. GTQGuy made it like that 2. So that's stupid newfags don't post links to viruses and such 3. It rewards you for your effort on gotoquiz. No changes need to be made to this system.
