What qualities does a user need to become a "candidate" for becoming a mod?

I am not a moderator. But according to my belief, I think, for becoming a mod, a person should know more than the basics of GTQ; should be able to make good quizzes; should be mature; should be active; should have a good grammar; should have knowledge; should be on a higher status; and should follow all the GTQ rules. If somebody has all the qualities and knows the duty of being a moderator, he/she is a perfect candidate for becoming a moderator.

Flames: If a moderator itself hmakes bad quizzes, how will it look? And as for status, I guess nobody would want a Newbie status levelled user to be a moderator, right? Higher status means higher marking points.

Higher status is just from being here for a while. For all I care, you could be a freakin junior who joined 2013 and still be mature enough to be a moderator.

I think you need to be here for a few years. I do not think I would make a good moderator yet, as I've been here a year and I am only Advanced. Though I am active, mature, good grammar and I follow the rules.

ICEE: Juniors can be Moderators, too. I would greatly dislike if a Novice becomes a mod. -
You've been here less than me, yet you are Advanced and we have got a lot of positive qualities. Although there is a moderator who is Advanced.

My immaturity has been clearely shown wth my question. TBH, I like to be a moderator. But when I clearly think of it, I hate mod-job.

Dear lord.
Literally know about two users on here who leveled up to hot shot in one year. They aren't even mature. So. Status. Does. Not. Matter.
As for the quizzes, you're just being ridiculous now. How would it look? Not answering that. More of how would YOU look. You're practically saying that users who don't make good quality quizzes can't be a freaking mod. What does quiz making have to prove to moderate the forums? -
The admin of the site is only advanced. I should think that at least another advanced should get to be a mod.
