  I am sure everyone has wondered this for sometime
  
  Well, when Moderators were first picked it was the people of Gtq that nominated candidates, Gtq Guy himself then chose from the names given
  
  Now Moderators will check who can be nominated best from your actions (your maturity, behaviour, activity, etc)
  
  So although we may pick some nominations, Gtq guy will eventually decide since he has more access of more of your activities than us :)

  I mean, I have several filler quizzes and I used to be a total jerk when I was new to the site. You have to prove yourself now, y'know? Even if your status is low. Because, guess what? GTQ Guy started at the Newbie status with all of us. So I personally think it's not status that matters. It's your ability to do the job and be responsible about it.

  Okay okay. I took my saying back. Status don't require, Okay? What's there to debate on this while the question is of something else? :)
