Trolls.
The mods do what they can to control them, but even after they get one account banned, the troll can just make another account.
What if the bans/suspensions/post times applied to the IP address instead?
Obviously, there's a couple holes in this proposal.. Proxy browsers. People who have siblings who have accounts. But, I'd like to hear other users opinions on this solution. -

It's a nice idea, but just like you said, everyone can just get around it with proxy servers making it pointless.
