This is a glitch that happens when you use the strike through option. A certain amount of characters is allowed on your profile page. If you use strike through and it continues for more than the allowed characters, it thinks it's cool to cross out your whole page.

Yer both wrong. It means the system knows you're underage so crosses out all text for your protection. And if you don't leave the site in 2 days your parents will be informed.
