Do you have to be a junior to do it or something?

Only GoToQuiz Guy can delete things other than posts, and it takes to moderators marking a post as offensive to delete a post (also, this makes the account that posted them's post time go through the roof)

Unfortunately threads or accounts may not be deleted, however posts can be deleted instead
Usually it only takes 2 moderators to delete posts but other users regardless of status (such as juniors, seniors and hotshots, etc) may also contribute to the deletion of posts by marking the posts as offensive.
Posts marked offensive will increase post time limit and hopefully prevent further offenses
Too high a post time limit will result in the account being suspended, and that is as close to "deleting accounts" we can get.
Suspended accounts will not be able to post in the forums for a flat amount of time and eventually their account will return to normalModerator
