No the best way to put a picture is through the computer because even I have trouble putting picture through my samsung s5
So I suggest the best thing is to use a pcModerator -

Here is something I tried on my phone and it worked...
I use opera mini as a default browser on my phone and so I went to settings where I found an option that says (websites in mobile version) I changed it to (websites in desktop version) and now I could change the picture so perhaps you could try that and see if it will work :)Moderator -
