  What are those word below our name? Such as Newbie, Novice, Hot Shot, Advanced, Junior, etc.

  These refer to your current status and go according to the following order:
  Newbie
  Novice
  Junior
  Experienced
  Advanced
  Hotshot
  Expert
  Elite
  Ultra Elite
  
  At Newbie status you are unable to post links or have a profile picture. At Novice status you are now allowed to put up your own profile picture and at Junior you are able to post links as well.
  
  Status can be increased faster by creating quizzes, and if they make it to the front page your status gets a boost as well
  Higher status means lower post time limit

  An iPad will let you set a profile pic (mine does at least). Just zoom in a little and press the link twice.
