The user 'puppys' or 'puppyz' has been acting like they're me and trying to convince everyone for months on end :/ Can someone please help me?

There isn't much we can do, to be honest. Just like we can't stop Geek from hacking people, we can't stop people from lying. All you really can do is ignore them.
