Well, you can always post about errors here, and our moderators can help you work through the problem. Especially a common one that's been screwing up random quizzes lately. Other than that, while it may be annoying that he doesn't answer you, there's nothing we can do about it here, so no reason to complain. -

In the beginning, when you do the title of your quiz, somewhere in the page it says "Enable picture". You have to download a picture into your files to get it into gotoquiz. You can also do it in the results too. When you finish typing out your result, press it to add or submit or whatever. On the side of the result it should say "Enable Picture". It's pretty much the same thing for what you have to do with the title :I
