Why is mine only 8 seconds?

Because you are a higher rank and thus have a shorter post wait time. Mine is so fast I can't even check it anymore.

Well Geek I finally got mine to show up and it's only 7 seconds. So maybe it's registering your rank without any negative effects from like swearing or being banned?
Or maybe it's mod privileges being slowly incorporated without us knowing? -
Well, I'm able to post at any rate, I've done posts that are two or three seconds apart. While my other accounts don't have that quickness. I suppose I don't have limit.

It's just counted down. My limit is ten seconds, and since it took four seconds for me to post and try to blank post again, it registered me as having six seconds left. Instead of telling you the minimum between each post, it tells you how many seconds you have until you can post again.
