Wolf, I think he won't ban her because he can't. Puta is just another user who particularly hates another user. He can't ban one user just because she doesn't like another user. Even though it is incredibly annoying and I dislike it as much as anyone, there is simply not a legible reason to ban a hater. I wish there was, but there isn't. Cyber sex, on the other hand, might be a legible reason.
