Thread Topic: Hey; Am I the only one...?

I think I have never fallen in love... I don't know I guess it makes me a little sad, but there has never been a guy that makes my heart speed and causes butterflys in my stomach...
Is there something wrong with me??
I guess I have a hard time acctually finding someone cute... Maybe I am looking for the perfect guy that doesn't really existis...
Or is love just often overstimated??
Maybe I have indeed been in love but didn't realize it because I created this romantic fantasy of love being just like it is described in books...
What do you think?? -
Well, first you need to realize that a special someone doesn't have to be attractive. Love has to do with the personality. Lust has to do with looks. The one guy that I say I truly loved (I've liked other people, but still love this one guy) was apparently thought of as ugly by a lot of other girls. I ended up loving him so much because of who he was I saw him as being so "cute" that he was beyond gorgeous.
Then you might find it. But how old are you? -
Don't worry, you're not the only one. :)

I am 15...
And I really don't care about looks... The 2 guys I have dated were not considered handsome by the others girls.... But the reason it didn't work out is because they liked me a great deal more than I liked them.... I came to the conclusion that it wasn't fair to go on with the realationship with I didn' feel the chemistry...
But waht with I did feel it but didn't realised?? -
EmmaRoks NewbieYou'll find someone who does I guess.

Why are you worrying about this? I'm 15 and I've never "fallen in love". You just have to wait and don't rush it.
-
There is nothing wrong with you i was like you for a long time and when you find your right person you will just know and you want it to feel natural not forced so dont rush things or get a relationship with someone you dont have strong feelings for.

Some people dont mature as fast as others. Love happens at different stages for different people.
I am one of these poeple.
Also, someone you like doesnt have to be "attractive." To me, the person I like is. But to others, he isnt. Its just the way it is. -
I'm attracted to a Spanish guitar player.
Skyler is attracted to an Indian basketball player.
And our other friend Alice is attracted to an American random dude who likes unicorns and rainbow.
