Seeing my boyfriend cry, its like stained in my head now. And I wish I could help, cuz thats what I do is try to help people when theyre sad. but I really cant do much. :(

well Matt has depression, and its pretty bad but he's good at dealing with it. But he was supposed to go to Memphis for thanksgiving to his sister's house. and I didnt know till yesterday, when he got back, that he didnt actually go there. He told me that he actually checked in at the hospital for depression last monday and stayed there for a week. :/
and after he told me thats where he was, he said "I just wish I could get rid of this feeling, so I could just enjoy the time we spend together" then he started crying :'( -
Awww D: tell him to find something he really likes doing and to do it more. It might help.

He knows how to deal with it, like he said being active helps and stuff. So I think just being there is the most I can really do
