take her out to dinner, and if u like near a beach have a evening walk. then slowly move towards the subject and propose. being a girl i know that when u do it like u really really care it means the world to girls. not that im married or anything... im only 14. anyway i hope this helps a little.

Ok you can probably try what my friend's boyfriend did:
Leave a note in her bedroom (secretly) saying to follow the rose petals, then leave a trail of rose petals to a certain place in her house, which will have a rose with a note attached to it telling her to go to a park or whatever, anywhere peaceful, then when she gets there, sneak up behind her, tell her to turn around, but before she turns around, you get on one knee and hold up a ring and say something romantic like "I love you more than words can express and I want to spend my life with you, will you marry me my love?"
this one is optional but have one of your friends tape the whole thing, so you can show it to your children some day
and hopefully that friend is a better ninja than I was.....thank god for awesome excuses lol....
