ok when you drop your stuff make sure it some what touches him not to much though when you srop your stuff he'll probably help you pik it up then when you pik all your stuff up say thx im (please insert name here)and he probably tell you his name

Ok, do this:
Step one : Just go up to him and say: Hey, my name is (Your name here), what's yours? I've seen you lately? Are you new? Blah blah blah, that's the only way for him to notice you, and I'll right this in bold because it's important. THIS WILL BE YOUR CHANCE TO SEE IF HE'S NICE, HE COULD BE CUTE BUT HE'S TOTALLY EVIL, AND IF YOU DON'T LIKE HIM ANYMORE, MISSION ACOMPLISHED.
Step two : Ok, you still like him then, now that he knows you exist, just hang out with him and mission acomplished.
There's no really much to give advice for this, really. -
maybe make yourself like look better than you normally do. peacocking (looking different than the people around you) might help... well no,... that will make you look weird... but you get what im saying right? do something bold or daring. guys like a girl who can be nice and gentle yet bold and daring.
