  First you need to become Novice (status level). When you become Novice, automatically a option called, 'set your picture' will appear under your profile so that you can upload your profile pic. The option won't be there if your status level is newbie.
  To increase your status level, create a quiz or link a quiz that you already created to your account.
  Don't think i'm new here. I got another account 'SimplyDawn'. And there is also this another trick which i won't tell you.
