I know he likes me because SOA told me.
I want him to know I like him
so we can have a reltionship.

Well 1O is too young for dating, yuu need to focus on the fun things that yuu won't be able to have when yuur older. But if yuu like this guy so much make sure again to see if he likes yuu.. Then ask him if he likes yuu if he says 'yes' tell him yuu do too. Yuu both still like eachotjer but not be official bf and gf. Just two buddies that hang out and like eachother. If yuu want an actual relationship with him, wait for now.
