Well, technically I know what to do, but someone that I really like likes me back and I can't build up the courage to ask her out! AGH!!!

AWUGHA!!! Well, maybe give her the signs you like her back, or be friendlier than usual and if the right moment comes, maybe ask her if she'd like to hang out sometime, or something.

Omg dude, so am I! I can't ask out people for anything! But, I did with this one boy (When I first found out I was Bi) and I felt really comfortably with him.
