Ok everyone, I really need guidence...
There's this really creepy boy at my school. I am not kidding when I say that he is a future rapist. He has repeatedly called me and my friends b----es, and said perverted things to us. I don't know if he is tring to offend me or seduce me O.o Should I blow im in for harrassment? -
Try to ignore him. If he doesn't stop tell a teacher or your parents, just someone with more power who can help you. He needs to learn to stop being a harassing idiot. .3.

Anything that physically, mentally, or emotionally effects your life and well-being and is repetitive is considered harassment. So yes, it's harassment. He's verbally saying things that are inappropriate and it's effecting you and your friends. Although it does depend on what he says. You can share such with me if you wish.
