Would a soldier be dissmissed if he gets his girlfriend pregnant?

.-. Uhm... I cannot say exactly because my brother was under no such circumstances, but I believe not. I believe that the American army only dismisses soldiers if they are wounded in battle..
But in all honesty, I'm not 100% sure. -
Nope. He might get a temporary leave for about 2 weeks when the baby is born, but a pregnancy is no excuse to stay home.

My/boyfriend/fiance told me that his recruiter said if a soldiers gf got pregnant they would kick him out of the army.

tongue AdvancedMaybe if he got the GF of another soldier pregnant. I don't know, seems like a silly thing to kick someone out of the Army for, especially since thousands of violent criminals are in the Armed Forces.

Cause truth is and I know I have probably made it obvious I think I might be pregnant and when he said that it scared me cause I don`t want to be the reason he can`t follow his dreams of being in the army.I will feel bad.
