And on a public street where half the kids are still eight and under. I swear, there might be one eigth grader on my block besides that tenth grader. Seriously, it's not the right place. But it made me LOL.

There wasn't much indecent exposure, her shirt was way down and his belt was undone, I saw. It was disturbing. It's over now, they ran inside. Probably to do more.
