They don't know what it feels like to truly fall in love with someone on the same sex. They don't see how it could happen, I guess, and think it's weird because of how society has been based for so long. They think it's unnatural for a guy to like make up or god forbid different kind of clothing. Why? Women wear pants and guy-type clothes, so why not guys dress how they want?
Just an observation. -
Gender roles are crap too. A person is a person regardless of their body parts.

Ana, you are a Christian right? How could you be a Christian - and read and believe the Bible - but continue to agree with/support homosexuality? The Bible evidently states that homosexuality is a disgrace in God's eyes,therefore a sin.
God made man for the woman.
He made the masculine things for the males.
The feminine things for the females.
Whether it be tones of voices, body parts e.t.c.
People argue that if God created the world why did he create homosexuals, if he disapproves of them so much.
God did not create homosexuals, or drugs or war. When Adam and Eve sinned in the Garden of Eden, and Lucifer betrayed God, sin was evident and prominent from there on in the world: God did not create homosexuals, the inhabitants of the world did.
God made the order of the world; birth and death, day and night. Man and woman.
The world created the disorder of it.
It is possible to fall in love with both genders. God made no limits to love. But he made limits in the way it is expressed.
That's all. Just stating the moral facts. That are not contradictory. -
I know Leah, I agree mostly, except for gender roles. I sin, as does everyone, and I'm sorry. Everyone has their struggles. So I'm done beating myself up 24/7, thank you.

It's always hard to have faith and hope. There's always questions and doubts - in everything.

I'm not really doubting anything, I believe in God and his Word, I'm just dealing with the fact that love is a sin. I have many Christians in my life teaching and encouraging me, but I still have the feelings I do.

I think there is a flipside, too, where the homophobes actually have secret gay feelings. And they try to repress those feelings and make a big spectacle about being anti-gay.
Also, when there is someone who has gay feelings but represses them and even marries someone of the opposite gender, they probably feel like they overcame their sin, so others should also do so.
But in reality they are living a lie. -
Sex before marriage, lying, stealing, cheating and playing with yourself is also against the Bible.
So....that would make no one a true Christian, now wouldn't it? xD -
The Bible also says that if someone works on the sabbath (Sunday) they should be put to death. Obviously in modern times we don't do a lot of the things the Bible says.

@britt its one of the reasons xP i'm really just in it because i like the views, make up YOUR own moral views and don't follow ones made up for you.
so basically, i strongly strongly strongly disagree with christian views on homosexuality :P
