So basically this one guy at work likes me and there's a bit of a backstory to this but basically when my shift with him ended we were outside the building and he threw this big white teddy bear at me and ran off before I could react.
I know to give him the bear back, but what do I say to him when I do?
He's become one of my friends and so I want to let him down with the least damage possible so that we can still be friends. -
Just say that your not that kind of woman. Idk men, even though I should. If he really like likes you, then there will be no carful way to let him down. I am sorry, that is just what I think. Good luck, anyway!

Another question is should I call or text him with what I want to say and then just give him the bear after the next shift we work together, or should I tell him as I'm giving him back the bear?
The next shift we have together is next Sunday.
So I don't want to give him false hope for this week.
But I also know the values of saying things in person. -
I'd wait to say it when handing the bear back. Otherwise it might feel awkward saying that and then awkwardly giving the bear over to him all the way on Sunday. It would be awkward for both of you and probably would feel like a double rejection all in one week LOL. So I'd just do it all in one swoop

There was a bunch of things.
One of them including him inviting me to his junior prom.
