Broke ass boy. He has no personal finances so you'll be having to fund his lifestyle for him when he needs you to. Now that I think about it, does he even have a house? If you own cats, give up on him as well because he is allergic to those creatures. And would you be finding Venti attractive? Or his deceased friend? Cus he's got the form of some dead guy- so if you compliment his appearance- who are you really complimenting? If you kiss him, are you kissing ventis lips or the lips of his dead friend? That seems all too complicated and confusing. You'd just be constantly complimenting Venti, but not really Venti. So strange. Also he's just gonna constantly want to drink w you let's be real. Every single date is just at Dawn Winery where you stay there all night watching him chug drink after drink after drink and you'll have to either pay for it for him, or sit back and watch him try and get others to pay for him. And due to his young appearance which makes him even appear too young to drink, I have no doubt anybody wanting to get w him would be mistaken as his caretaker at least once or twice. So awkward. Imagine having to explain ur bf is very much so an adult and that he just looks like that because he changed his appearance to some dead guys!!! Makes for an awkward explanation huh offensive?

You know, I saw a tiktok where somebody was rating how good the male characters would be as "malewifes" and Xiao was apparently not malewife material. So yeah what is he gonna do, feed you snow? Or maybe almond tofu and only almond tofu since that's the only damn thing he'll cook or eat. Imagine you get injured or terribly sick and need somebody to cook for you for like- 3 months. You really want to eat almond tofu for three months? Don't lie, you'd get sick of it. He's not really one to mess with mortals either, so I doubt he'd want to be around in your life much. You may have this fantasy around the whole trope of "hes antisocial to everyone but to me He's sweet and fluffy 🥺" but it won't happen. It would be Xiao going like "ugh nope I don't want to go on a date with you, I'd be a burden and I don't like mortal food and there's too many other people there." And just don't even think about introducing him to your friends, I don't think he'd even enjoy that. Sure most of his "ugh I have no interest in that!" Stuff is an act, but it's just way too much energy to overcome that hurdle and along the way to overcoming it he'll just constantly be like "I have no interest in meeting mortals. I have no interest in that or this or that or this and-"
Oh yeah. And he'd never text or initiate things first. He'd be like "if my partner needs me for sumn they'll just call out my name 🙃" and he'd just be hiding away from you all the time unless you call for him. And then he'd come and be "what did you need help with? Who do I need to kill?!" Like babe chill... I just wanted a hug..?
And just forget any dates involving food though unless you want to submit to a diet of only almond tofu. And forget inviting him over to ur parents to introduce him because chances are they'll prepare food and he'll sit there looking angry and not eating any of it. Sure he may not be actually angry, but he definitely has a RBF. So ur parent's would probably think he's rude and giving them an attitude. -
