But you meet them for only around a minute and you never see that person again?
Like for example
Last week at my college I saw this really cute girl with a Marvel backpack. She was extremely cute, and definitely my type. I was with my friend and we were walking back into the building and I held the door for her and she said thank you, and I told her "You're welcome! I really like your backpack! " and she said thank you with a gigantic smile on her face. I was happy then got sad knowing that I'd probably never see her again.
Now I'm sure at some point I guess I'll see her around campus, but s---s like :( ya know?
Does anyone know what I'm talking about? -
I know exactly what you mean!! A few years ago I passed a really cute girl in my middle school, but I never saw her again :')
I think she had a steven universe backpack, it was freaking epic -
Yeah see!

I would've snatched her steven universe backpack 👀

@therealminime
I know what you're talking about, but I haven't had that happen to me in a long time now (bout two months) because I like someone, like, they're like... *sigh* hard to explain. Let's just say I don't know what I would do without them. -
manders247 NewbieSometimes I meet someone cute and I can picture a relationship with them (because I'm a hopeless romantic) but then I picture things going badly because I'm also a cynic. Anyway you can try posting on craigslist asking about her.

Oh dude, same. When I was put into a mental hospital, I met this really cute girl. She tried to commit suicide with scissors and I wanted to help her so bad. Her hair was long and dark, and when she waved at me, she smiled. before we could really talk, my parents came. After talking to a doctor, we sat with the girl & a few other kids in the room while waiting. I was sandwiched by my mom & dad in front of a really cute girl.
Before I left, I heard a doctor telling her she was gonna be held for 72 hours. I hope she's doing all right. It'd be mice to see her again , but I probably won't -
I matched with someone on a dating app for the first time ever, and she was really cute. We had a conversation going, then she suddenly stopped replying, and eventually deleted her account. So nothing further ever happened

Or when you know someone but not well enough, so it's awkward to talk to them
