I like this guy. I can't talk to him or even make eye contact without blushing and getting flustered and running away.

If you're in the same class, you can always make an excuse to talk to him about academic things. That's how I ended up talking to my crush, Jack. He.. made fun of me, and at one point I was discussing something in class and I ended up finding his Instagram and dm'ed him. From there I got his number and we talked for a while. So maybe you can try talking to him about a class/classes?
Also sometimes, even if it's hard, just saying hi can do wonders. I had a really hard time talking to my crush and my friends kept screaming "just do it" so I did. Maybe you just need to find a good time to man up and say something. You can even ask a friend to come with you. I think it's general knowledge girls like to travel in packs.. xD -
