Also, don't overexxagerate if you are flirting. Don't try to give him the full, in-deph all-about-you version a-z. That'll make you seem selfish, overconfident, and maybe even unpleasant.

Here are some tips from the guys point of view
1. Find out what he likes, and talk about it to or near him
2. Whenever you make eye contact smile
3. Be nice, guys don't like girls who pretend to be mean
4. Don't overdue it, but make sure he knows you want him
5. If he starts responding and flirting or whatever, wait for him to ask you out, if not, you ask. Put yourself out there. If he says no, then he may understand you like him, and be liable to say yes next time -
If you really like this person, then spend time with him, and do what all the other users suggested. But be your true self.

Not the best advice, that's true enough but it isn't the worst.
If there was a competition for the worst advice, why yes, I'd totally win! Because I am not a romantic gusher and I like giving people wrong information on purpose. But I was being sincere about the smiling thing.
You can smile (which is something YOU should totally try one day because I'd wager you already have aging lines that are visible from a mile).
