(I'm a girl too btw)
Today this girl started staring at my legs, like she was analysing them, and then whispered something to her friend. They were RIGHT in front of me ... I know they were talking about me, I'm not that stupid. Then her friend turned and started staring at my legs too ... Like wtf? I know my legs aren't perfect but that doesn't mean she has the right to judge them!
This isn't the first time this happened. This girl always stares at me, sometimes like she's observing my face (which is creepy af tbh) sometimes it's look of pure hatred. But the THING IS I DON'T EVEN TALK TO HER!!! Just recently she got close to a guy I used to like, which tbh wasn't very clever since it was so obvious she did it to make me feel "jealous" when i don't even care because it was a former crush ... like whenever she's with him she looks at me.
Btw she's one of those popular, shallow girls who act like they have it all ... She makes fun of a lot of other "unpopulars" at my school. I never liked her type of people, but I do try my best to be nice to them - to EVERYONE. I even helped her with homework when she asked me to. Yet she still glares at me, and judges me ... What's her problem? :/ -

She may feel that she isn't good enough. She may not have much confidence and hide it with a cocky attitude, and pick at other peoples inperfections to make herself fell better. She most likely thinks that you're prettier than her and that's why she's always looking for someting to nit pick at. Or... she's just a b---- and you should ignore her. -

Envious probably, or bored.I feel like those two are the main reasons anyone ever bullies, they feel intimidated for some reason so they want to put you down.They got nothing better to do, so they just kinda mess with someone who they think won't do anything about it.
I'd pay her no mind, but if it continues you should to talk to someone or just straight up ask whats her problem. -
Y'all really think so about the jealous thing? I am NOT pretty, but I think it's worth mentioning the fact that she always asks what mark I got for an exam or assignment. I tell her my score (which is usually higher than hers ... she isn't studious fyi) and she pulls a "disgusted" face. I always turned the other cheek and ignored it, but now ... I don't think I can.

Oh, and I am not popular, either. Why would a popular person (her) be jealous of an unpopular person (me)? o.o Assuming that she is jealous.

You have posted it in the right forum...you are speaking about relationships.
I think she needs to feel powerful so that she feels confident in her own abilities including looking physically attractive. Hate to ask this, but did you have hairy legs? Maybe she was shocked or thought you were a feminist who refused to shave. She may find this intriguing/weird.
