  ease into it, don't be creepy and just keep you're cool. Announce your feelings but don't run away, they may respond. Be nice about it, don't scare them or embarrass yourself.

  What I would do is like what Whiplash said....but I wouldn't tell them until you think you are ready...a romantic night.

  that's good.But remember, whenever you think you want to go for it don't, its good to be nervous. Act when they are talking to you a lot or being really nice towards you're way.
