I can't. I just can't. I snuck back on my phone and started thinking about Totality and how much she loves Leah. Now my heart's pounding and I'm feeling a little lightheaded, and my chest kind of hurts. I don't know if I'm jealous of Leah, or just miss Totality. Leah is my friend and I respect her very much and value her opinions as if they would be close to my own, but...sometimes I want to be in her shoes, if Totality likes her that much.
Am I in love? Because whenever I think about Totality, butterflies start soaring around in my stomach and I get super happy whenever she comes on. I don't even mind her dirty comments or think she is disturbing in the slightest. If we ever met in real life I would want to hug her and hug her and hug her some more and hang out and spend time with her. Maybe even kiss her a little.
There are downsides to this, though. I'm 12 and too young to date. I don't even know if I'm attracted to girls yet. And lastly, I'm not sure if she has feelings for me anymore and has moved on. And whenever I think about that, I get really anxious and sad and my eyes water up.
I think I love her. Do I love her? Am I in love? Is she the first person I'm in love with? Even if she doesn't know me in real life, nor do I know her? And more importantly, am I having a panic attack? -

worried. I don't think you're having a panic attak, but I've never had one, so I can't say for sure.
As far as I can tell, yeah. You're in love, mostly some type of crush...
That's how I feel when I talk to or see my crush/gf so I wouldn't expect any difference.
Your age doesn't determine whether you can be in love; I mean, my last gf I had, we had out first kiss, and she's 12, so the age of the person doesn't matter; it's the maturity. Now, you never know if someone has feelings for you, that's where stuff can go crazy, but I haven't seen much of this, so I don't know. I can say to this, you're just a little...worried here. I understand that too.
It does seem to me that you're In love, and It does'nt matter that It's over the Internet. It could still work out If you tried.

If you were having a panic attack, you would have a lot of energy because your body starts to pump out a lot of adrenaline. Many symptoms of having a panic attack are similar to a having a heart attack (such as shortness of breath, chest pain, and things like that), so look for those. The only difference is that you can hear your heart beating in your ears during a panic attack, so there is a chance that you had a panic attack. If your chest feels sore the next day, it was probably a panic attack.

I looked it up and I don't think I had a panic attack tbh.
