No, guys usually start at 10 or 11.

No I've read it's 11 to actually as late as 15 in some cases but the average is 13.

For guys to hit puberty tongue?? I've read it's 11 to actually as late as 15 in some cases but the average is 13. I've gotten this from reliable sources too.
