For her, I'd gladly change genders. Being a guy never seemed all that weird to me, and I don't care my gender so long as I'm with the one I like.

Actually, you can change gender. Gender is a social construct created by human society, and is entirely mental. Sex is the physical details that are important for medical purposes.
For example, my sex is female, and I'm not entirely sure what my gender is, but I stick with saying I'm a girl. I could be a boy, but since my sex is female, I'm still much more likely to get cervical cancer than prostate cancer. (Hopefully, I get neither.) -
Genders what you think you are, sex is what you really are. Gotcha.
I meant itd be cool if you could make a total physical change to the other gender. -
