Well they can be a insect XD
Or they are a fluttery feeling you get about the person you care about..I could try give some huge explanation but that's to much effort xP -
It's the feeling of excitement to the point that it makes you feel lighter or like something's fluttering in your stomach.
I don't get butterflies. My heart rate increases or I smile subconsciously. -

i get really happy and exciteted -
That is the feeling you get when your near somebody you like or perhaps when this person does something nice for you say maybe this person smiled and you felt overwhelmed with joy about the fact that this person smiled
Yes butterfly's is the feelings you quite possibly get around this person -
