1.So I'm 16 And I like a 13 YO,Would that be consider me as a pedophile?
2.I want to tell my girlfriend(she knows who the person is,but she doesn't know I like her.)I don't know what she would do if I told her I had a crush on her.

1. No, it wouldn't consider you a pedophile. It would make you a pedo if you where 30 and she was 13.
2.Hmm... tell her how you feel about this person. She'll understand, i'm sure. Don't do it if you think she'll harm herself, yet again a reality is better than a lie. It's up to you. I say you tell her, but the final decision is made by you.

Tell her if you think this crush will go further. If not then there's no harm in not telling
