A experience:
I was just going to a shop.In the way,I was just laughing at the joke my sis told me.I was just out of control in laughing!Suddenly i noticed that a boy was staring at a girl passing through.I just saw him how he was looking at the girl!I fell yukky...Suddenly he noticed that i was looking at him.He started staring at me!Actually now the girl was gone.I was walking with my sis.I started walking at a little fast speed.Oh God!I feel like something Awkward when i reached home. -

Most of the time its what the chick is wearing, body movement or just previous encounters that makes dudes "stare"
Naturally it doesn't mean its sexually, maybe he was trying to figure out something about her like maybe he knew her from somewhere but couldn't tell where and he was staring at you because you were staring at him...

I know that all males are not like that.but maximum numbers of man have this behaviour!
And i am sure that the guy was staring at the girl because he was seeing her as a sex object.I am 100% sure! -
If the fool is licking his lips and making disturbing gestures, yes. But even girl's stare at guys like they're a pastry food.
Sometimes I stare at people with an 'angry expression' if I'm trying to think of who they are. Or because I had to do a double-take because I thought I saw someone or something that surprised me. -

A Girl's incident that make her life worst!:
A girl of i think 20-25 years was going in a Bus with her Boyfriend.It was dark night.Expect the two there were Totally 7 peoples in the bus including 5 passengers,1 bus conductor,Driver.All the passengers were male.They started teasing the girl.Her boyfriend stand up and start arguing with all of them.Suddenly a passenger started R..a..p..i..n..g the girl.They injured her boyfriend.After the seven of them raped the girl and injured her with a Iron rod.Her intestine was fully damaged!The seven of them threw the girl from the bus!!!And then they also threw her boyfriend!
The girl was hospitalized and also the guy.The girl lived for a week and then...Why?Why this happened? -
