Okay, so there's this guy that I've liked for a long time. (And if you're curious as to how long, eight years.) Over the past year or so, though, he's seemed to have interest in me, or that's what I've kind of gotten out of his actions. He seems a lot more open and relaxed around me compared to the other girls in our class. A lot of the time it seems like we can actually joke and laugh about stuff together, while his other female friends pretty much just comment on how he has a nice ass or eyes or that he's cute or whatever (and he really does, I just don't say it).
It's kind of perfect right now where we are. We're friends, and that's that. We get along great. Except, I still want to be more than friends.
What do you guys think I should do? -
That's tough. How long has he been showing this open-ness to you?

Move fast before you get friend zoned. Tell him your feelings and if you're shy write it down on a paper and just give it to him. Doesn't matter how you do it you just gotta do it.

Alex~ I see what you're saying, but in this case, if he feels like she's making a move or doesn't feel ready, he might turn away.

That's not true odds of him turning away are slim. And yeah there's a chance that he might just like her as a friend but you don't get anywhere in life if you don't take chances I say she should just go for it. But hey it's just advice she can do what ever she wants.

Tell him. If he likes you, then he'll ask you out. If he doesn't, then he's probably gonna say something like "Sorry but I'd still like us to be friends".

Eat yummy snacks. He comes and asks you for one. Get him to the point where he'll do anything. Ask his crush. Tell him yours. Or listen to the others, 'cuz I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Welp, I told him and he isn't talking to me right now. Guess I was never pretty enough for girlfriend material, but nerdy enough for him to use me for school.
