  Because he's probably really nervous. Maybe you should make it super obvious you like him as to eliminate any possible confusion he may have.

  This kind of mentality pisses me the f--- off, because it insinuates that guys always have to be the ones to make the first move.
  
  If you're the one getting impatient, you f---ing ask him out. I asked out my current boyfriend and next week is our one year aniversary. If I can do it, you can too.
