i'm going to make a new art thread for 2018
please don't hate me for remaking my art thread again OTL
i just like starting fresh every once in a while and putting everything in one place feels kinda clogged, so

now on with the art -
my computer's power cord suddenly stopped working for whatever reason, so i haven't drawn in a few months
i recently got a new power cord though, and i'm starting to get back into it
i finished this maybe an hour ago? i know it's not a big improvement from my works from a couple of months ago but i'm starting to explore new styles and ways of shading i think
his name is ray(/saeran) from mystic messenger and i really like him, he's one of my favorite characters -
any constructive criticism is nice by the way, i know i wasn't really open to it in the past but i'd really like to get better and i think any kind of comment would help

i haven't really tried anything new regarding poses, which i'd really like to start doing
i'm just scared of it turning out bad, so i always go back to what i'm used to lol
i'll do my best to practice and improve though -
this is my oc kimi, i have a feeling i showed you guys some pic of her and she had crazy spiky blonde hair with pink highlights
i thought of doing some kind of character development and have her turn from scene/punk to pastel goth
maybe dye her hair blue, wear pleated skirts and have light lavender-colored hair
does she look muscly to you guys? i've been working on body types too, and i wanted to make it known that she works out haha -
that's all i have for right now

i haven't really decided which one yet as you can see -
i'm not entirely sure about this redesign yet
this is the general idea though, maybe i'll make smaller changes with her appearance along the way

You are getting way better at details! :o

loving the faces, but when compared to the body, they seem sorta... Short? try elongating your bodies a bit more so your characters don't look off.
