  It's got a rattlesnake rattler in the middle and two small bones on each side. What else should I add? How so? I have lots of bones and feathers to choose from and I can get some cow teeth if push comes to shove.
  Any ideas?

  You should add some red or blue beads.
  Maybe you could add feathers close to the rattlesnake rattler.
